Encourage Colleagues to Join

Word of mouth has helped ZDR3 grow very quickly. Recommendations by our members are the best way to maintain momentum. Directors are encouraged to reach out to contacts at other institutions to raise awareness of ZDR3, or to form regional coalitions to network and train together.
