Resource needs are based on incident requirements. Your resource needs will be based, in part, on the types of team capabilities you intend to develop. Determine an acquisition strategy for needed resources including:
- Donors
- Spare/surplus equipment at the facility
- Government surplus (access to surplus sites will vary)
Consider equipment maintenance needs, including developing resource storage locations and strategies to ensure materials are not pilfered, damaged/degraded, or expired.
