All response teams must be able to function without outside support for at least 72 hours. Considerations and provisions for self-containment include, but are not limited to:
Water
Food
Fuel
Materials
Generator
Human waste disposal
Communications capacity
The facility must own or have reliable access to a mobile housing unit.
